SplenDishes Catered a 30th Anniversary Party

SplenDishes catered a 30th Anniversary Party for Beth and Howie Dellsite in February.  It was thrown by their children, Josh and Kim Dellsite and Matthew Dellsite.  Their guests enjoyed a fabulous menu of Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Wild Mushroom, Onion and Sage Sausage Tarts, Baked Brie with Sundried Tomato, Basil and Pine Nuts, Pancetta and Herb Crusted Pork Loin Roast, 4 Cheese Potato Au Gratin, Spinach Catalan and Mexican Chocolate Pots de Crème, topped with whip cream and raspberries.  It was a beautifully planned and elegant evening, great job Kim!
